PDFTools provides free online tools for PDF file manipulation including merging, splitting, compressing, converting, rotating, and unlocking PDF files.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload malicious files or malware
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Upload files you do not have the right to process

3. File Limits

Maximum file size: 50MB per file. Files are automatically deleted after 2 hours.

4. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for data loss or file corruption.

5. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
